working principle

The aseptic sampling valve is mainly divided into pneumatic components, valve body and diaphragm seal ring. When it is in the closed state, the valve core is pushed by the spring tension, and the sealing head is pressed on the material inlet of the valve body by the valve core to achieve the sealing effect; if sampling is needed, steam or other bactericidal media are introduced into one of the sampling ports (generally the lower part), the whole sample chamber is filled and led out from another sampling port, and the sample chamber is made after a certain time And the sampling port are in aseptic state; then the sealant head is separated from the material inlet of the valve body by feeding air, shrinking the spring and loosening the valve core, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample chamber and is collected from the sampling port; after the sampling is completed, the air source is closed, the spring is loosened, and the sealant head is compressed at the material inlet of the valve body again through the valve core; the clean water is introduced to sample Discharge the residual liquid in the laboratory (if the sample is sterile water and other cleaner media, this step can be omitted), and then inject the sterilization media for sealing and retention, and wait for the next sampling.
